Creating integrated brand marketing and design for Saratoga Systems

About: Saratoga Systems is a leader in Customer Relationship Management with an impressive list of Fortune 500 customers. The company experienced a breakthrough with new brand positioning when we stepped in. It began with new corporate positioning: Saratoga Systems – “Synchronize your Enterprise”. Despite the impressive track record and outstanding reputation of Saratoga Systems, their competition was sizable as well. Print advertising, a variety of international collateral, videos, product demos, interface design, event production and website development were needed to create the impression of a company with a larger footprint than their competition. Next we created a new product brand: “Avenue”, with requirements for a product announcement encompassing product naming, positioning, identity and integrated worldwide user events. A vibrant product identity was implemented and embraced through worldwide branding programs as marketing materials were translated and globally distributed.
